Shipping and Courier Costs

FREE Shipping on all Clipacore orders over £100

Any fees on orders less that £100 will be shown on checkout after you provide your shipping address. Orders should arrive to most locations within 1-2 working days. 

We offer shipping through national couriers within mainland Great Britain. If you live outside Mainland Great Britain, please contact us for shipping prices.

Clipacore Store Returns Policy

You may return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Please note that we have the right to reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any decrease in the Products’ value that has resulted from the manner in which you’ve handled them.

If you need to return an item, please log into the site and within the Account section select Orders. Within your order select the product which you wish to return and follow the instructions on the page. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order through our nominated carrier, drop off location or if convenient at a branch. Please note that if the return is not due to our error, we will charge for this collection service based on our shipping costs plus a handling fee calculated at 5% of the item value.
