FREE Shipping on all Clipacore orders over £70
Any fees on orders less that £70 will be shown on checkout after you provide your shipping address. Orders should arrive to most locations within 1-2 working days.
We offer shipping through national couriers within mainland Great Britain. If you live outside Mainland Great Britain, please contact us for shipping prices. Although normally accurate, our 3rd party delivery companies do not guaranteed their stated delivery time length - all courier companies occasionally have delays especially around national holidays.

At the Clipacore Store by James Hargreaves, we provide professional-grade equipment for precision work. To ensure you get the best performance from your tools, we operate a fair but robust returns policy in line with UK consumer law and manufacturer requirements.
I Need to Change or Cancel my Order

Consumer Rights: If you are buying as a consumer (for personal use), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Condition: Items must be returned in as-new, resaleable condition in their original, undamaged packaging.

The "Used" Rule: Once a drill or core set has been used—even once—it is no longer eligible for a "change of mind" return. We cannot accept returns for used equipment unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Trade/B2B Sales: If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or via a trade account, returns for non-faulty items are at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.
My Product is Faulty or Damaged
Clipacore is a Nerrad Tools brand, and our specialist drills are manufactured by Eibenstock. Because these are high-precision technical tools, we follow a mandatory inspection process for all warranty claims:

Mandatory QA Inspection: All reported faults must be returned for a formal technical assessment by the manufacturer (Nerrad/Eibenstock). We cannot issue credits or refunds for used equipment until a manufacturing defect has been confirmed by their engineering team.

Turnaround Time: This specialist bench test and report typically takes 7–15 working days.

Exclusions: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or "misuse" (such as using cores on unsuitable materials like reinforced concrete or using incorrect drill speeds).
- Business Continuity: Please note that we do not provide replacement "loaner" tools while an item is undergoing manufacturer inspection. The Clipacore Store / James Hargreaves is not liable for any secondary costs, such as site delays or lost revenue, incurred while a tool is being assessed under warranty.
How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is tracked correctly through our system, please use the following steps:

Select Return: Choose the specific order and item(s) you wish to return.

Important for Faulty Items: If you are reporting a mechanical issue, please email sales@clipacorestore.com with your order number and a brief video of the issue. Often, setup or technical issues can be resolved via a quick troubleshooting call.
