When disconnecting the two, the clip and be removed easily by pushing the arms of the clip away from yourself. The Drill Adaptors (QCDA) are designed to fit onto a standard 1/2" core drill as well as 1/2" SDS and HEX arbors. The Core Adaptors (QCCA) are designed to fit onto any 1/2" core from 38mm to 152mm. Both adaptors can be used on a standard 1/2" extension bar to convert this to clip release.
