Installer Show Sales promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Clipacore Store is a Trading Name of James Hargreaves (Plumbers Merchant Ltd) Todmorden Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 3JT. Registered in England No. 188491

2. The Sales Promotion will run between the 28th to 31st September 2021.

How to Enter

3. To enter participants need to purchase one order of over £100 (inc VAT) of goods from Clipacorestore.com online or at the Clipacore & Clipacore Store Stand at the Installer Show Birmingham 2021 between the dates of 28th September 2021 and midnight on the 31st September 2021.

4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

6. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and live in Great Britain.

The prize and Winner Announcement

7. There is one prize of one Eibenstock EHD2000 2 Speed 5 ½ Diamond Drill 1700w and one Festool Mobile dust extractor CLEANTEC CTL MIDI I 240V.

8. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

9. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

11. Clipacore Store will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

12. The decision of Clipacore Store regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

13. Winner will be drawn on the 1st of August at random and the winner will be contacted via phone and email two times and their name will be posted on www.clipacorestore.com.

14. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Clipacore Store reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

15. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

16. Clipacore Store's use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

Data protection and publicity

17. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested.

18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Clipacore Store for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

Limitation of Liability

19. Clipacore Store does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that TLC does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

20. Clipacore Store does not provide any form of practical support or warranty for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

21. Clipacore Store reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

22. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
